Cancellation Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your Engazeer subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period. We honor all cancellation requests without requiring explanation.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, go to your Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Alternatively, you may send a cancellation request to support@engazeer.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within one business day.

3. Effect on Your Access

Upon cancellation, your account and all associated data will remain fully accessible until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing period.

4. Data Retention After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your data will be retained for 30 days in a read-only state to allow you to export it. You may request a full data export during this window by contacting support@engazeer.com. After 30 days, all account data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

5. Team Members

Upon cancellation, all team members lose access to the platform. Company owners are responsible for notifying team members of the cancellation in advance.

6. Reactivation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time within the 30-day data retention window, and your data will be fully restored. After the retention window, reactivation starts a fresh account with no prior data.
