1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Engazeer ('the Platform'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Engazeer is a cloud-based project management platform designed for engineering and architecture firms. The Platform includes project tracking, task management, team collaboration tools, client portals, submission workflows, and financial reporting features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each account is associated with a single company tenant and may not be shared across organizations.
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Prices may be updated with 30 days prior written notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited uses include: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, uploading malicious content, reverse engineering the Platform, using the Platform for illegal purposes, or violating the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Data and Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engazeer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
