Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Engazeer offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment method is required during the trial period. You can explore the platform risk-free before making any commitment.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of a new subscription charge, provided you have not actively used the platform (i.e., no projects created, no tasks added, and no files uploaded) during that billing period. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the annual charge.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for: partial months or billing periods, add-on seat charges, accounts that have been actively used, requests submitted after the eligibility window, accounts cancelled for violation of Terms of Service, or special promotional or discounted pricing.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@engazeer.com with: your registered email address, the invoice or transaction ID, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@engazeer.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
